How to export contacts from outlook?
If you're using an older version of Outlook, there are numerous ways to export contacts from outlook:
Contacts may be exported to an Excel spreadsheet by opening Microsoft Outlook 2010 and clicking File > Options.
After clicking on the advanced menu, select the Export option.
Choose "Export to a File" from the menu and hit next.
Browse to a location on your computer, then click Save. Enter a file name, click OK, and then click the Next button.

Select File.
Select Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Export to a file > Next.
Select Comma Separated Values > Next.
Under the email account, you want to export contacts from, select Contacts.
Select Browse and go to where you want to save your
Type in a file name and then select OK.
