Why is Kosher certification required?
Kosher Certification mandatory for food products exported to USA, Israel, EUROPE and other major markets where jewish personnel spread. It's necessary to ensure that the food you are exporting is kosher. For meat, in particular, kosher certification is required to be exported to Israel. The meat must be inspected by a rabbi or a kosher inspector at the food processing plant. There are a few exceptions to this rule, such as if the meat is frozen or kosher based on a specific rabbi's criteria.
