    Easily add it to your desktop with just a few clicks of your mouse.
    By the system clock in the taskbar, click the Expand icon. .
    Right-click on the AOL Desktop Gold icon. .
    Select Create Desktop Shortcut.

    Set up your printer, plug-ins, and services
    Navigate to Settings, and then search for and select Printing.
    Tap Printing again.
    To install a new printing service, tap Download plugin; this will open the Google Play store.
    Select the correct plug-in app for the printer you wish to use, and then tap Install.

    To resolve this issue, use only genuine HP cartridges. Additionally, you can remove the black cartridge to print only with the tri-color cartridge, replace any empty or defective cartridges, or clean the printhead.

    The message "Drum Error" will appear on the display if the corona wire on the drum unit needs to be cleaned.

    1. Open the front cover and remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly. Be sure to place the drum and toner assembly on a piece of paper in case of spilled or scattered toner.

    2. Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit.

    a. Gently slide the green tab from side to side several times.

    b. Return the green tab to the home position at the far left.

    c. Make sure the green tab snaps into the home position. If the green tab is not returned securely to the home position, printed pages will have a vertical stripe down the page.

    3. While facing the drum and toner cartridge, on the right side of the drum are two small pieces of metal that look like staples and a metal rod sticking out of the side. Clean off each of these with a soft DRY lint-free cloth.

    4. Reinstall the toner and drum assembly into the machine and close the front cover.

    5. Confirm if you are using a genuine Brother toner and drum.\

    Your printer might appear offline if it can't communicate with your PC. Here are some things to try to get your printer back online. Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.

    Press the Start button, type device manager, and choose the top result.
    When Device Manager opens, expand the Printers section, right-click your device, and select Uninstall device from the menu.
    When the confirmation window appears, check the Delete the driver software for this device option and click the Uninstall button.
    Restart Windows 11 to apply the changes—Windows should reinstall the correct driver during the startup process.
